Clarks In-Store Purchases Return Policy

Follow these three simple steps to complete your return in-store:

  1. Take the affected product to the Clarks’ store where it was purchased.

  2. Present your receipt or any proof of purchase to the sales representative at the store. If you do not have your proof of purchase, a Clarks Gift Card for the product’s current selling price will be given to you.

  3. Submit your original form of payment. A Clarks Gift Card for the original purchase price will be issued if the product returned is a gift.

Return Policy on Clarks Products Purchased Online

Clarks shoes purchased online can be returned within 2 weeks of delivery. The return must be made in the product’s original packing with the proof of purchase.

The first step to returning a product purchased from Clarks online is to visit the company’s official website for review and resolution. The product’s specifications (together with photographs) and proof of purchase (invoice) before taking any action must be submitted via this channel before Clarks’ aftersales team can initiate the return process.

The product can thereafter be packed and returned by mail or in person to a Clark store.

1. Return by Mail

Clarks includes a prepaid return label with all online orders. You can drop off the item at the nearest FedEx, USPS, or UPS location.

If you can’t find the return label, you can get a new one by visiting the Clarks website. Here’s a rundown of the procedure:

Navigate to Clarks Order Lookup. Enter your zip code and order number. Select the goods you want to return by clicking on them. If you’re returning more than one pair of shoes, give each one a different reason code. Create a fresh prepaid return label for the package. Print the label and attach it to the package. You can then pick a courier service to help you deliver the package.

When your order is successfully returned to the warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation, and a full refund will be initiated if the goods pass Quality Check (QC). You will be reimbursed within 10 to 15 days after receiving the item in the warehouse. 

2. Returns In-Store

If you’d rather return the product(s) in person rather than arrange for a return shipment:

You must print and present the email you received while placing the order. You must have the receipt and the item is to be returned unused. Finally, you must present the payment channel you used to complete the order.

Online Order Refund Processing

Refunds for returned products and any applicable taxes will be reimbursed to your original mode of payment. The original shipment or tax on shipping costs will not be refunded.

You will receive an email confirming the processing of your return, and refunds should be credited to your account within 10 business days. If you do not receive your refund within the stipulated time frame, you should contact your financial institution and Clarks’ customer support team.

Klarna Refunds

Online orders paid for with Klarna must be returned to Clarks’ distribution center, where you will be reimbursed in the form of your original payment. Klarna online orders cannot be returned to a retail outlet for a refund, exchange, or gift card.

Refunds for online orders paid for using Klarna will be routed to your original payment method. 

Clarks Exchange Policy

If you want to swap your item for a different fit or size, you may do by using the Clarks Returns Portal. Go to the portal; file your return and exchange requests; return the parcel, and a new size will be sent to you as soon as the original item arrives at their warehouse. 

You can also walk into one of Clarks Stores to make your exchange. You should note that Shoe Care, Foot Gauges, and Accessories are exempted from the exchange policy.  

Clarks does not provide a shoe warranty. Instead, unworn shoes can be returned to Clarks for an exchange or refund. Clarks accepts unworn shoes returned within 60 days of purchase in their original packaging and receipt. The shoes must be in resalable condition and must have never been worn outdoors.

I Purchased Something That Afterwards Decreased In Price. Can I Get The Difference Refunded?

No. Once a product is ordered, the pricing is fixed for both online purchases and store pickup.

I Purchased Two Products On A ‘Buy One, Get One-Half Price’ Deal. How Much Will be Refunded?

When returning a single product from a multi-item sale, the discount is normally divided evenly across the pieces, so you will not receive the entire value of the product back. Discounts may vary and will have to speak with the Store’s sales representative or contact the customer care.

How Can I Request a Refund for Items Bought with a Gift Card/eGift?

Items purchased in-store with a Gift Card or eGift will be paid back to the Gift Card.
