Netflix’s Chilling Adventure of Sabrina has cast former Disney star Ross Lynch as Sabrina’s love interest Harvey Kinkle. The upcoming series is more of an adaptation of the comics by the same name written by Riverdale showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa with art by Robert Hack than a remake of Sabrina the Teenage Witch, the show that aired on ABC in the late 1990s. And like Riverdale, which has taken the classic Archie comics to the next level, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is sure to be darker than the original....

Kevin Smith reveals that the new Clerks III storyline was inspired by his real-life heart attack. In 1994, he released the original Clerks movie, a black and white indie that inspired numerous Generation X filmmakers. Smith nearly passed away from a 2018 heart attack, and has since lost over 50 pounds. Clerks marked Smith’s feature directorial debut, and represents the first installment of the View Askewniverse series. The day-in-the-life narrative about aloof 20-somethings features several now-iconic movie characters, including Jay and Silent Bob, portrayed by Jason Mewes and Smith himself....

Den of Thieves was quite the directorial debut for Christian Gudegast. Classless Inter Domain Routing (CIDR) is a method for assigning IP addresses without using the standard IP address classes like Class A, Class B or Class C. Chinese state-run media have published a story looking at Apple’s App Store that criticizes the company for allowing fake reviews that trick people into downloading apps. The story was originally run by China National Radio and was picked up by other outlets around the country, an indication the government could be ramping up pressure on Apple amid a protracted trade war. The exact complaint is over some long reviews that users sometimes discover are unrelated to the app they are considering....
